Bake this weekend: pumpkin, chocolate, cozy vibes

Hey Reader,

TGIF! If your weekend plans involve cozy sweaters, a candle burning, and something baking in the oven… I have just the recipe for you.

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread.

It’s warmly spiced, perfectly sweet, and full of melty chocolate chips.

I used spelt flour and natural sweeteners to give it a wholesome twist, but it still tastes like nostalgic bakery pumpkin bread.

And bonus: no mixer required. Just a whisk, and about 10 minutes of hands-on time before your kitchen smells like fall heaven.

Bake it on Saturday morning and enjoy a slice with your coffee… then another later with a cozy blanket and tea. Butter on top is always recommended.

Happy fall baking 🍁,

Tera
