Hey Reader, Whether you're hosting Thanksgiving, Friendsgiving, or simply bringing a dish to pass for either one, these easy recipes are some of my all-time favorites for ease, simplicity, and seasonality! If you want even more inspiration after you breeze through these, I've also curated a whole entire post with even more easy Thanksgiving recipes! 1. Maple Walnut Roasted BrusselsThese roasted Brussels sprouts have literally converted Brussels sprouts haters! Maple syrup caramelized everything for a savory-sweet, golden brown, vibrant veggie side dish.
2. Instant Pot Mashed PotatoesFree up stove space and make mashed potatoes in your pressure cooker! It makes mashed potatoes so easy and consistently good, plus you can serve them and keep them warm right in the pot. I love using our Instant Pot!
3. Wild Rice Salad with PomegranateThis hearty, seasonal salad has the most amazing flavor combo and adds so much color to the table! Pops of pomegranate, salty feta, walnuts, basil (trust), kale, red onion, and an orange vinaigrette to tie it all together. This is a great one to make ahead!
4. Cranberry RelishI did not grow up in a cranberry sauce family... we were cranberry relish, all the way! It adds such a fresh brightness and is exceptionally good with turkey. It comes together in five minutes and is perfect to make ahead so you can have an easier hosting day.
5. Quick Roasted Rosemary NutsThese rosemary nuts are bonkers good! With a touch of maple syrup, earthy rosemary, and flaky salt... this appetizer tastes gourmet but only takes 15 minutes to make.
6. Italian Brussels Sprouts ChopThis zesty chopped salad has become one of my favorite ways to eat Brussels sprouts. With peperoncini, olives, and feta, it's briny and zesty, and eats like an Italian pasta salad. The recipe is vegetarian as written, but some chopped salami would be amazing!
7. Classic Apple CrispCrisps are the ultimate easy Thanksgiving dessert! No crust required, can be made a day in advance, and everyone always loves them. Try my apple pear crisp for something slightly different this year!
